Our work supports engineering decision-making across the asset and engineering lifecycle, helping organisations improve reliability, maintainability, and operational performance while maintaining technical and commercial discipline.
The consultancy is currently led and delivered by its director. As the business develops, the intention is to grow capability, while maintaining a focused and high-quality consultancy model.
The Director
Rhys Phillips is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with a background spanning mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, systems engineering, and engineering data analysis. His experience covers work within nuclear, defence, aerospace, and infrastructure sectors, supporting engineering delivery across complex and regulated environments.
His experience includes mechanical design, design for manufacture, maintenance and reliability engineering, asset management, development of manufacturing methods, quality systems, manufacturing readiness studies and purchasing manufacturing engineering.
In addition, he develops bespoke engineering data analysis and Power BI solutions to support informed engineering and operational decision-making. This combination of practical engineering experience and data-driven insight underpins a pragmatic and delivery-focused approach, ensuring engineering solutions remain technically robust while aligned with operational and commercial objectives.
